FINISH AREA – for all races


The finish area for all races takes place in Vlei Road, Green Point – GPS Co-ordinates: 33°54’21.07”S; 18°24’25.21”E

The finish area offers the following facilities:

  • Food and refreshment vendors
  • Mitchells Brewery
  • Mediclinic Medical Tent
  • Fedhealth and Deep Heat Massage Tent
  • VIP and Corporate Hospitality
  • Century City Conference Centre Media / Press Tent
  • Toilets
  • Pickfords Tog Bag Facilities
  • Club and Charity Gazebo’s
  • Live Commentary, TV Coverage on Big Screen


Prize giving will be for the top three men and wom­en directly after the top three winners have fin­ished. All other prizes (including team prizes and age group prizes) will be awarded later electroni­cally and individually.


As per IAAF standards no team managers or unau­thorised officials will be allowed into the finish area. This will be strictly enforced.


Please note that due to the severe water restric­tions being experienced in Cape Town, there will be no shower facilities. We hope you understand.
